Returns & Exchanges Clamp Shoes


- The item cannot have been used, washed or damaged (we suggest that the shoes be tested on a carpeted surface before use/wear);

- The item must be in its original packaging;

- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days after the delivery date;

- Separate returns of the same order will not be accepted;

- The above conditions must be observed so that Clamp can assess the reimbursement of the article.



If you are not delighted with your purchase, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). To return your item(s) please email and include the following information:

- Order number

- Name on the order

- Style reference or description of item(s) you wish to return

- Reason for the return, and if you want to return for a refund or an exchange

You will receive an email with further instructions on how to return the item. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return the item must be in saleable condition and with tickets attached, must not be used or altered in any way, we are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition.

One article can be exchange only one time, and the client can only choose a different color or size of the same model, with regard to the original order.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our returns policy and terms. In the case your return is accepted we will issue a full refund less any original shipping costs if applicable.



Exchanges shipping costs are borne by Clamp for the first exchange of an item, next time will be borne by the client (even if referring to a different order).

Returns postage on items that are unsuitable, for which our customers changed their mind are borne by the costumer. In this case the refund will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal account less any original shipping costs if applicable. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

Returns postage on defective items are borne by Clamp, and the costumer will be refund with the total payed, including shipping costs if applicable.



We aim to process returns within 2 working days after receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it, so you know we will be getting the return and making the necessary actions.

For an exchange, we aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. Once the return has been processed, and provided, if we have the exchange items in stock, we will ship them in 1 to 2 working days and you should expect them in the time stipulated in our shipping table, according to your location zone. If the color or number you want to exchange to is not currently in stock we will offer you a refund.

For a return, as long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 24h to 48 hours after your return is processed. It will be credited back to your Credit Card or PayPal account less any original shipping costs if applicable. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. If you do not receive your refund within 10-15 business days after the refund is processed please contact your bank. If you still do not receive your refund please contact our customer service at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
